Kesimpulan rapat 25 Maret 2015 yang bertempat di Istana Negara Wakil Presiden Jusuf Kalla yang menyatakan kedua Provinsi diberikan hak untuk pengelolaan Participating Interest 10% Wilayah Kerja Sebuku.
The conclusion of the meeting on March 25, 2015, which took place at the State Palace of the Vice President Jusuf Kalla, stated that the two provinces were given the right to manage 10% of the Participating Interest in the Sebuku Working Area.
Hasil Forum Group Discussion (FGD), dilakukan penandatanganan Kesepakatan Bersama 12 September 2020 antara Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan, Provinsi Sulawesi Barat, Kabupaten Kotabaru, dan Kabupaten Majene yang menunjuk PT Dangsanak Banua Sebuku sebagai Pengelola Participating Interest 10% Wilayah Kerja Sebuku
The results of the Forum Group Discussion (FGD), a Collective Agreement was signed on 12 September 2020 between the Province of South Kalimantan, West Sulawesi Province, Kotabaru Regency, and Majene Regency which appointed PT Dangsanak Banua Sebuku as the Manager of 10% Participating Interest in the Sebuku Working Area.
